Foundation, Inc., a
nonprofit organization
founded in 2008 to
continue the legacyof
the lateLeroy Jefferson
Williams, Jr.,who
passed awaydue to
complications of cutane-
ousT-cell lymphoma.
The race includes
livemusic at key sites
on the course,motivat-
ingparticipants tokeep
going.Local bands entertain racers andobservers alike.

Pennsylvania, nearAllentown, to raise awareness and fund-
ing for cutaneous lymphoma and theCutaneousLymphoma
Foundation.The event

wife,Linda, andSusan
Thornton, apatient and
currentFoundationBoard
Secretary,who all live in
Philadelphia.The eventwas
a fabulous successwelcom-
ingmore than 100people
whoparticipated in a variety
of bike andwalking events
showing tremendous support
of our patients, heightening
awareness of cutaneous lym-
phomas, and raisingmuch-
needed funds to advance the
missionof theCutaneous
LymphomaFoundation.

hold theSecondAnnual PolkaDot JerseyChallenge,which
will beheld inPittsburgh, PA.This eventwill once againoffer
participants theopportunity tobikeorwalk in the event, and
many exciting activities andhighlightswill be announced lead-
ingup to the event.The event is beingplanned in conjunction
withourPatientEducational Forum inPittsburgh,which
will beheld at theUniversityofPittsburghMedicalCenter on
Saturday,October 15.
Neil, Susan andBrace are all bike enthusiasts andhave
a very strongpassion for ourwork at theFoundationhelp-
ingpatients.They enthusiastically invite all of our newsletter

Challenge tomake this an extraordinary success for the
patientswhoneed and relyon theFoundation for assistance
eachday.
