Join the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation to make a difference in the lives of those affected by cutaneous
lymphoma. Each year, funds raised through the Annual Fund Campaign support the programs and services that
mean the most to our patients and caregivers.
Your participation in the 2012-2013 Annual Fund Campaign will:
• Improve awareness of cutaneous lymphoma to help with early and proper diagnosis
• Support patient educational forums across the United States
• Help patients find specialist to obtain the best care possible
• Assist patients one-on-one with guidance and support specific to their personal journey
• Help patients discover tips to manage their symptoms
• Improve access to treatment
• Connect patients and caregivers with one another and the Foundation

a difference to you. Just indicate on your donation form who you would like to acknowledge as well as who you
